The property is located at Davutlar - Love Beach, a walk of half a mile on the flat. The complex has a massive pool of 16x25 m, and this is the only complex in the area offering 6,5 months of pool season. One family from the UK is living there permanently and doing site management. There are 41 villas on the complex.
