Property Management in Kusadasi

Property inspections are done once in every month. After every inspection, a report is prepared and kept for future reference.

The inspection visit includes the following

• Visual inspection of the exterior & interior. Photos are sent via email up on request.
• The airing of all rooms.
• Checks on electrical appliances.
• Checks on white goods, furniture.
• Security control.

Below mentioned services are charged each time they are performed.

• Izmir - Kusadasi Airport transfer
• Cleaning (Includes washing the linens and towels)
• Welcome package (Includes bread, butter, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 2 lt. water and wine or beer etc...)
• Car rental
